Brighton Marathon 2010
Sunday 18th April 2010
26.2 miles

Debuting in 2010, the first ever Brighton Marathon will take in the best of the UK's most popular seaside city. The organisers are thinking big for this one – with a limit of 12,000 runners in its first year, this event is set to become the UK’s second largest marathon within a few short years. The planned course is mostly flat and set to be pretty fast, and takes in the best of Brighton including stunning sea views, finishing near the pier. With fabulous stretches of coastal road, glorious panoramic views - where better to run a marathon than this?
Public places have sold out and we have just five charity places. In return for a guaranteed place we ask you to raise a minimum of £500. A non-refundable deposit of £40 secures your place and counts towards your final fundraising target. We will support you in your fundraising efforts. We’ll come along to cheer you on the day and hand out refreshments afterwards. Most importantly you will have the satisfaction of seeing your efforts going to a great cause!
We offer fantastic support to all of our runners, including:
