Annual General Meeting 2008-09

On Monday 30th November SHARE Community held their Annual General Meeting and the 2008-09 Impact Report was distributed.

Staff, students, Trustees and guests gathered at SHARE's head office in Clapham junction to hear what's been happening over the last year.  Annie McDowall - SHARE's CEO gave a presentation on the achievements that have been made and the goals set out for the coming year.  There was also a guest speaker - Judy Weleminsky, discussing the Mental Health Recovery Star, which SHARE has started to work with recently.  

There was a Christmas Craft Stall, selling reaths and table decorations from the SHARE Garden, candles and glass paintings made by students and the Clapham centre, and chutney made from tomatoes out of the garden, to name a few.

The formal end of the evening's proceedings saw 3 new Trustees elected - Lizzie Jones, Deni Penna and Paul Saville.
