Partnership programmes
SHARE is working with other organisations to provide holistic training programmes that will really help to get disabled people back to work. There are two programmes, each with a different focus. Bright Futures is funded by the European Social Fund and Ability 1st is funded by Wandsworth Council.
Bright Futures Partnership
What we offer
- FREE training courses in Business Administration and IT
- All courses lead to a recognised qualification
- FREE structured employment guidance, training and support to help you get back into work
- FREE one to one counselling from WPF counselling or psychotherapy
- OR
- Support with childcare to help disabled parents who want to move back into work
To be eligible to join Bright Futures, you should;
Have a disability of health related problem that is holding you back from training or unemployment
And
- Be unemployed
And
- Live in London
And
- Be 18 years old and over
Ability 1st Programme
Similar to Bright Futures, but is an employment programme
What we offer:
- FREE Employment advice programme for people working towards getting a job. With structured guidance, training and support to give you all the help you need.
- FREE vocational training in Business Administration, IT and Basic Skills.
- FREE Access to: Life coaching in groups and one to one
To be Eligibile to join Ability 1st you should;
- Have a disability or health related problem that is holding you back from training or employment
And
- Be unemployed
And
- Live in Wandsworth
And
- Be 18 years old and over
