Our training courses may be for you if you live in London or the surrounding area, are unemployed, and are disabled or have a health problem that has affected your chances of getting work. For most of our programmes, you should be eligible to work in the UK.

Information & Computer Technology

Qualifications:

OCNLR ICT Certificate (QCF Approved)

OCR ITQ Award, Certificate or Diploma, Levels 1 & 2

Course Details:
We offer a variety of ICT training courses to suit various levels, ranging from a basic introductory course on using computers to an ITQ Diploma providing advanced skills suitable for the work place.

Horticulture

Qualifications:

Skills for Working Life Award, Certificate or Diploma in Horticulture, Entry Levels 2 & 3

ASDAN Certificate in Personal & Social Development Entry Levels 1, 2 & 3

Level 1 Award - Certificate or Diploma in Horticulture Skills

Level 1 Award - Certificate of Diploma in Work-based Horticulture

Level 2 Award - Certificate or Diploma in Work-based Horticulture

Level 2 Award - Certificate or Diploma in Work-based Horticulture (Production)

Course Details:
The horticulture project offers a variety of qualifications, training and work experience opportunities. Students develop practical skills and knowledge about plants and horticulture work.

Basic Skills

Qualifications:
OCNLR Numeracy & Literacy QCF Approved)

Course Details:
This course is for students who want to improve the numeracy, literacy and communication skills. It is taught at a number of levels, from Pre-Entry through to Entry Level 3.

My Life

Qualifications:
OCNLR Life Skills, Independent Living & Preparation for Work

Course Details:
The 'My Life' classes allow students to work towards many units of study that are grouped into 'Life Skills', 'Independent Living' and 'Preparation for Work'. Students learn about looking after themselves, personal hygiene, using public transport, handling money, and other things that help people to live independently.

Catering

Qualifications:
Level 1 Award in Food Safety in Catering

Course Details:
Participants will learn how to keep a healthy kitchen and how to perpare food safely so they can be self-sufficient in their home.
