Fast Track Programmes
SHARE is working with other organisations to provide holistic training programmes that will really help to get disabled people back to work. Ability 1st is funded by Wandsworth Council and Skills for Jobs is funded by the Learning and Skills Council, in partnership with St Giles Trust.
Ability 1st project 
What we offer:
FREE Access to confidential and independent careers advice from a staff member who can help you plan your learning and work goals
FREE Access to a whole range of information including learning and work, occupational information, CV and interview technique handouts as well as information on student loans
FREE vocational training in Business Administration, ICT, Horticulture and Basic Skills
FREE Access to: Life coaching in groups and one to one
To be Eligible to join Ability 1st you should:
Have a pysical disability or mental health related problem that is holding you back from training or employment
And
Be unemployed
And
Live in Wandsworth
And
Be 18 years old and over

Have a disability or health related problem that is holding you back from training or employemnt
And
Be unemloyed
And
Live in Wandsworth, Lambeth or Southwark
And
Be 18 years old or over
