Fast Track Programmes
SHARE is working with other organisations to provide holistic training programmes that will really help to get disabled people back to work. My Future is funded by the European Social Fund and Ability 1st is funded by Wandsworth Council We have also recently begun delivering a project funded by the Lambeth Endowed Charities to help Lambeth residents get away from poverty and another new project, called Skills for Jobs, funded by the St Giles Partnership.

What we offer: - FREE Access to confidential and independent careers advice from a staff member who can help you plan your learning and work goals
- FREE Access to a whole range of information including learning and work, occupational information, CV and interview technique handouts as well as information on student loans
- FREE vocational training in Business Administration, IT and Basic Skills
- FREE Access to: Life coaching in groups and one to one
To be Eligible to join Ability 1st you should;
- Have a disability or health related problem that is holding you back from training or employment
And
- Be unemployed
And
- Live in Wandsworth
And
- Be 18 years old and over
My Future 
What we offer:

- FREE confidential and independent employment guidance, training and support to help you get back into work. These sessions will support you through the ASDAN accredited Employability Award, so employers will know you are ready for work
- FREE training up to Level 2 in ICT through the CLAiT qualification
- FREE life coaching both in groups and one to oneSupport towards travel costs
To be eligible to join My Future you must;
- Have had, or still are experiencing mental health problems
And
- Be in receipt of a disability related benefit (e.g. DLA or Incapacity Benefit)
And
- Be unemployed
And
- Live in Wandsworth, Croydon, Lambeth, Southwark or Lewisham
And
- Be 20 years old and over
