Catering

Participants learn how to keep a healthy kitchen and how to prepare food safely so that they can be more self-sufficient in their own home.  This helps them towards a healthy, safe, independent life.

Topics covered include knife skills, personal hygiene, healthy eating and keeping a kitchen clean.  The qualification will give students teh grounding for furtehr study in teh industry if they wish, and will help when looking for employment.
