SHARE also provides a range of activities that reinforce the skills training or help to enhance the quality of life for the individual student.
Below is a list of activities which we offer periodically. We are constantly looking to develop the activities we offer as we believe that it is important to adapt to what students want.
What we offer
Yoga
There is a weekly yoga session open to all students. Our yoga teacher uses a range of yoga practices that aim to improve joint mobility; and massage all the organs of the body, whilst teaching students breathing and relaxation techniques.
Exercise and Healthy Living
Weekly exercise session for all abilities, plus practical guidance on healthy living including diet, hygiene, and lifestyle.
Community Outings and Events
Students are invited to take part in cultural visits and events such as arts and crafts workshops. These take place throughout the year. We also have special events to celebrate our students' successes.
