Share has been accredited against the Investors in People Standard for another three years.
Investors in People is the Standard for people management and enables organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale. It defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results, while reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.
Share has held Investors in People accreditation since 2011. This accreditation is reviewed every three years.
Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: "We'd like to congratulate Share Community. Investors in People accreditation is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to success. Share should be extremely proud of their achievement."
Commenting on the award, Bill Morgan, Share's Chair, said: "I'm delighted that Share has achieved this internationally recognised standard of excellence. Being accredited by Investors in People reflects what a dynamic and focused organisation we are, working hard to achieve wellbeing, increased independence and employment for people with learning disabilities and autism."
