Pizza with friends - 12th and 14th March
Quite often when we ask what people would like to do, the response is that they’d like to hang out with their friends over dinner. Everyone loves a good pizza, so we took to Pizza Express and ate lots of it. The staff at the restaurant were great and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a great time. We’ll be rating you 5 stars on our community map and will be back!
Harry Potter Tour - 12th April
On this sunny Sunday, a big group of enthusiastic Harry Potter fans headed to Warner Bros Studios. After a long train journey to Watford and hoping aboard the Harry Potter transfer bus, we hoped that the tour lived up to our expectations – and it certainly did! It was a really interactive experience where we learnt a lot about what goes on behind the scenes in a film studio. The Hogwarts express was fabulous and the green screen coach carriages were lots of fun. We spent many hours walking around looking at all the different sets and props. We learnt a lot about the making of Harry Potter in this immersive and magical experience. Thoroughly recommended if you are a fan!
CATS - 16th April
Being in the West End of London is always a fun and exhilarating experience. This time, we were there to watch Andrew Lloyd Webber's record breaking musical, Cats, not before stopping off for a pub dinner along the way. The musical tells the story of a tribe of cats and the night they make "the Jellicle choice" and decide which cat will ascend to the Heaviside Layer and come back to a new life. We loved singing along to some of our favourite songs and enjoying the awe-inspiring costumes. What a fabulous performance.
