My Community and Me - first outingThis month we launched Share's My Community and Me project in our mission to take learning out of the classroom and into the community.

This means our students will get a chance to get out and about, and put into practice all the things they've been learning as part of our Independent Living Skills course.

We'd like our students to learn more about local services and how to access them, as well as the opportunities and experiences available to them within the communities in which they live.

If you live and work in this community, and would like to get involved – we’d love to hear from you!

To find out more about Share’s My Community and Me project, please get in touch with our Health and Community Manager, Jenny Bourlet, via email jennyb@sharecommunity.org.uk or telephone 020 7801 9813.
