Board of Trustees and Patrons

Lisa brings 16 years of international experience working in the voluntary sector with a background in mental health, disability, public health, and supported housing. She now supports the NHS and voluntary sector to enhance their impact through sharing best practices, research, and evaluation findings. This includes developing programs that place lived experience, and the voices of often unheard communities, at the forefront of services, and are embedded into organisational decision making.

Lisa’s passion for working in the sector comes from having a brother with Down’s Syndrome and navigating the ups and downs of the health and social care system. Her brother is a student at Share, and she has seen first-hand the impact of the organisation. She feels fortunate to support an organisation that has a strong commitment to inclusion, equity, and who believes everyone has something to offer.

Robert is a senior civil servant, having held director roles in the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government, 10 Downing Street, the Department for Education and the Home Office. These have been anchored primarily around organisational strategy, performance, reform and policy design. Robert leads “high risk” reviews of HM Government’s major programmes, for the Infrastructure and Projects Authority. From 2013-2024, he was chair of trustees of the Cardinal Hume Centre, a charity of roughly the same size as Share Community, focused on preventing and responding to youth homelessness. He and his wife have two sons, and in his free time, Robert is interested in current affairs, classical music (particularly early choral music), political biography and modern history.

Kelly is the HR Director at International Students House, a London based student accommodation provider and charity.  Prior to that she was Head of HR at St Raphael’s Hospice. Kelly is an HR generalist who very much enjoys her role, which allows her to be involved at a much more strategic level.

Kelly feels a real synergy with the values and vision of Share and is pleased to be part of a team passionate about improving the provision for disabled adults in the pursuit of achieving their ambitions.

Kirsty joined Share as a trustee in 2023. Kirsty is an Occupational Therapist (OT) and has worked in NHS mental health services in South London for 13 years, in OT and leadership roles. Now working in mental health and learning disabilities NHS commissioning, Kirsty hopes to bring her knowledge and experience of health and care and the newly formed Integrated Care Systems to her trustee role with Share.

As a long-term Wandsworth resident, Chris found out about Share when walking past the Share garden at Springfield Hospital. That afternoon stroll, and subsequent enquiry, led to Chris joining Share as a trustee in August 2021. Chris has worked at Legal and General Investment Management (LGIM) since 2014, most recently as the Head of Rates and Inflation Strategy. In that role, he works closely with the trustee boards of some of the UK's biggest defined benefit pension schemes. He's eager to translate that experience of effective governance and risk management to the charity sector.

Born and raised in Italy with Senegalese origins, Maguette is a Client Servicing Officer for Institutional clients at Pictet Asset Management. After her studies at Bocconi University in Milan, and a few experiences that led her to temporarily study in France and Morocco, and work in Switzerland, Maguette moved to London in 2020 to start her career within the asset management industry. She is also a mentor for university students from ethnic minorities and disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds interested in breaking into the financial services industry.

Culturally curious and passionate about all things diversity, equity and inclusion, Maguette believes in the importance of being a global citizen while giving back to local communities, and hopes to bring a new and different perspective to the Trustees’ table.

Victoria joined Share as a Trustee in 2024. She has worked as a senior leader in the NHS for 15 years, with a strong focus on improving health inequalities. Victoria has broad experience including transformation, programme management and governance in NHS commissioning, working closely with acute services. She hopes this insight and her experience will help to support share achieve its objectives

Katie joined Share as a trustee in August 2021. Katie is an operating model consultant focusing on supporting organisations within the transport sector to define their strategies, understand their capabilities and design their future business models. Prior to that, Katie worked at DHL Global Forwarding, working across a variety of departments but specialising in airfreight project management. Over the years Katie has participated in various volunteering and social value activities. She currently supports on social value initiatives, co-chairs the Charity Leadership Network and is a mentor for a young college student for her company's foundation. Katie hopes to support the board through her experience of project management and organisational design to ensure Share has a sustainable future.

George is an architect with 25 years' experience in designing buildings and public spaces. Working largely with the public sector on projects with a community focus, he has worked to bring stakeholders together around visions for more inclusive places. He has lived in south London for 20 years and supported local authorities on design review panels in Wandsworth, Croydon and the surrounding counties. He is passionate about raising awareness around neurodiversity and in using gamification as a means to open up the conversation. 

Klem joined shared Share as a trustee in 2023. Klem has worked in the legal services industry for the last decade, with a current focus on advising listed companies on corporate, governance and risk management issues. As a Wandsworth resident, she is delighted to be involved with Share and hopes to use her skills and experience to support Share in achieving its mission.
