Everyone deserves the chance to go out, have fun, and meet new people. But for people with learning disabilities and autism, social opportunities can sometimes feel out of reach.
Go Anywhere, Do Anything is our social inclusion project that supports our students to enjoy the same social activities that non-disabled and neurotypical people take for granted—bowling, karaoke, cinema, clubbing, afternoon tea, and more.
Our students take the lead, so they tell us where they want to go, and we make it happen.
How it works
- We organise three exciting trips every month, mainly in south London.
- Everyone’s welcome – all our students can take part.
- Our amazing volunteer Social Buddies join in to have fun while ensuring everyone feels safe, supported, and included.
- On-call staff are always available, so help is never far away.
Why it matters
- Friendship and fun – socialising boosts confidence, wellbeing, and happiness.
- Independence – exploring local spots helps our students feel more at home in their communities.
- Culture and connection – from food to festivals, we celebrate London’s diversity together.
- Changing attitudes – by working with venues and public spaces, we help make our communities more accessible, welcoming, and inclusive.
