We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Executive Assistant to take on a role supporting our Senior Leadership Team. This role offers the chance to work closely with the leadership team to enable them to work effectively by managing the administrative aspects of their work and liaising with Share’s trustees.
Share is a registered charity and a centre for training and wellbeing. We provide a range of programmes helping adults with learning disabilities, autism and other support needs become more happy, healthy, and independent. You’ll play a key role at Share, managing diaries, collating information for reports, supporting with data collection and organising trustees’ meetings and events. You will support fundraising at Share, so we can do more great work to support our students, by researching available grants, and work with project managers to ensure reports are delivered on time and at a high standard.
In addition to support for the SLT, the post holder will provide administrative support to the enrolment function, working closely with the Enrolment Coordinator to process referrals, enrol students and onboard starters as well as taking responsibility for delegated tasks.
Main responsibilities
- You will provide high-level and comprehensive executive support to the Senior Leadership Team, including efficient coordination of meetings and other appointments
- You will liaise with Share’s board by taking and producing Share board minutes and supporting new trustees
- You will provide support with fundraising and provide data about our students to support fundraising applications
- You will organise all trustee meetings and events and support on new trustee inductions
