Share is a registered charity and a centre for training and wellbeing. We provide a range of programmes helping adults with learning disabilities, autism and other support needs become more happy, healthy, and independent. Our vision is a world where disabled people are fully included in society, living the life they choose, and we need talented people like you to help us make that happen.
Main responsibilities
- You’ll lead on monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the impact of Share’s projects
- You’ll guide project managers throughout Share on managing newly funded projects
- You’ll report on Share’s performance and impact to the Senior Management Team
Who we’re looking for
- You have advanced analytical skills developed in a similar role, including research methodologies and quantitative and qualitative analysis
- You have experience of putting quality assurance, learning and innovation at the heart of programme and service development
- You have experience of working across different teams / sites
