Board of Trustees

Lisa Androulidakis

Lisa brings 16 years of international experience working in the voluntary sector with a background in mental health, disability, public health, and supported housing. She now supports the NHS and voluntary sector to enhance their impact through sharing best practices, research, and evaluation findings. This includes developing programs that place lived experience, and the voices of often unheard communities, at the forefront of services, and are embedded into organisational decision making.

Lisa’s passion for working in the sector comes from having a brother with Down’s Syndrome and navigating the ups and downs of the health and social care system. Her brother is a student at Share, and she has seen first-hand the impact of the organisation. She feels fortunate to support an organisation that has a strong commitment to inclusion, equity, and who believes everyone has something to offer.

Kelly Channer

Kelly is the HR Director at International Students House, a London based student accommodation provider and charity.  Prior to that she was Head of HR at St Raphael’s Hospice.  Kelly is an HR generalist who very much enjoys her role, which allows her to be involved at a much more strategic level.

Kelly feels a real synergy with the values and vision of Share and is pleased to be part of a team passionate about improving the provision for disabled adults in the pursuit of achieving their ambitions.

Jayshree Davé (Vice Chair)

Jayshree joined Share as a trustee in 2018. Jayshree is an independent executive coach, learning professional and investment banker with over 20+ years experience in the global financial services industry. She has a successful track record in leveraging her banking experience as a senior leader in delivering people development solutions over the past 14 years, and hopes to use this broad range of skills, knowledge and experience to make a difference within the charity sector.

Kate Heaps (Chair)

Kate joined Share's Board of Trustees in 2018.

Kate has over 30 years' experience in the NHS and voluntary sectors. Having trained and worked as a nurse, commissioner and manager in South London, she now works as Chief Executive at a Hospice in Greenwich.

She has held a number of voluntary and board roles throughout her career and is excited to join Share as Chair, where she hopes she will be able to use her skills to support the management team and her fellow trustees to achieve Share’s future ambitions.

Despite the challenging funding climate, Kate is keen to ensure that Share is able to grow and develop so that it is able to continue to meet the needs of local people into the future; helping people with disabilities achieve their potential in life and to play an active part in their communities.

Kate is also a partnership governor at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and holds an honorary contract at King’s College London, where she lectures on a number of  topics.

Kirsty Humby

Kirsty joined Share as a trustee in 2023. Kirsty is an Occupational Therapist (OT) and has worked in NHS mental health services in South London for 13 years, in OT and leadership roles. Now working in mental health and learning disabilities NHS commissioning, Kirsty hopes to bring her knowledge and experience of health and care and the newly formed Integrated Care Systems to her trustee role with Share.

Chris Jeffery (Treasurer)

As a long-term Wandsworth resident, Chris found out about Share when walking past the Share garden at Springfield Hospital. That afternoon stroll, and subsequent enquiry, led to Chris joining Share as a trustee in August 2021. Chris has worked at Legal and General Investment Management (LGIM) since 2014, most recently as the Head of Rates and Inflation Strategy. In that role, he works closely with the trustee boards of some of the UK's biggest defined benefit pension schemes. He's eager to translate that experience of effective governance and risk management to the charity sector.

Maguette Kebe

Born and raised in Italy with Senegalese origins, Maguette is a Client Servicing Officer for Institutional clients at Pictet Asset Management. After her studies at Bocconi University in Milan, and a few experiences that led her to temporarily study in France and Morocco, and work in Switzerland, Maguette moved to London in 2020 to start her career within the asset management industry. She is also a mentor for university students from ethnic minorities and disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds interested in breaking into the financial services industry.

Culturally curious and passionate about all things diversity, equity and inclusion, Maguette believes in the importance of being a global citizen while giving back to local communities, and hopes to bring a new and different perspective to the Trustees’ table.

Steven Pettengell

Steven joined Share as a trustee in 2018. He has over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry, including running his own hotel.

In 2012, Steven was a senior volunteer for the London Olympics and helped to put together the volunteer programme for the event, and subsequently devised the legacy programme for the Mayor of London.

Steven is also a long-time volunteer for Team London Ambassadors.

Steven grew up in Lambeth and found out about Share through a childhood friend who had attended Share some years ago and managed to secure his first job with Share's help.

Steven comments, 'Being a trustee at Share allows me to give something back to my local community, which is something I am passionate about.'

Katie Thomas

Katie joined Share as a trustee in August 2021. Katie has worked at DHL Global Forwarding for four years working in a variety of departments but specialising in airfreight project management, data analysis, training and facilitation. Over the years Katie has participated in various volunteering activities including fundraising, teaching and mentoring. She hopes to bring to the board a fresh new perspective, to develop her understanding of the charity sector, and to ensure Share has a sustainable future.
