Share runs student awards ceremony for the first time since the pandemic

After a three-year break due to Covid, we held the Share Awards at the Wandsworth Civic Suite on 30th November. The event celebrated the achievements our students have made over the past year, recognising the personal steps each student has taken towards reaching their goals.

The Mayor of Wandsworth, Jeremy Ambache, and Labour MP for Battersea, Marsha de Cordova, joined the celebrations to present the awards. We had plants from the garden, and a craft stall featuring candles, art prints, Christmas cards, and more, all designed by Share students. The day included dancing with sessions run by Movement Works, and a musical presentation from Share’s music group.

This year, we also celebrated Share’s 50th birthday with birthday cupcakes after a delicious vegan lunch. It was a truly uplifting, inspiring, and joyful day, and we were delighted to publicly congratulate each student for their hard work and achievements.
