Party time at Springfield University Hospital

We had a wonderful day recently at a summer street party held at Springfield University Hospital. The party marked the completion of some of the new hospital facilities at the site. Our students ran a plant sale pop-up stall and we were even joined briefly by Pudding, the therapy dog who visits us. Thank you to our friends at South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust for inviting us and putting on such a fun event.

It was also a great opportunity to reassure the local community that our social enterprise, Share Nurseries, is still operating at our garden site within the hospital, despite the extensive redevelopment work around us. The new development is an exciting opportunity for Share; next year our site will relocate to an adjacent plot of land. We're busy working on the plans and looking forward to improving our own facilities to provide even better services, for both our students and local residents.
